A unique personalised pet memorial box frame keepsake consisting of a mount cover personalised with the dogs name and the date on the top with the endearing phrase
“Every once in a while a dog enters your life and changes everything”.

This lovely keepsake also has a frame to hold a photo of the dog, with a special unique section for the dog’s collar.
The slots for the dogs collar are 1 inch long. The frame is deep (approx 6cm / 2.3 inch) if the collar is large it may need to be cut to refit back onto frame.

Please advise if you would like frame for cat rather than dog.
